Kids are busy today! Sometimes the demands of school and our busy lifestyles can cause stress. PEAK Kids Yoga offers a fun, active, non-competitive environment where students are encouraged to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop self-awareness, cultivate a calm mind, build self-confidence and character, learn stress-reducing techniques, and build strength and flexibility (physically and mentally!) through yoga. Our 12 week program offers busy bodies and minds the practice of yoga through mindful lesson plans with a different weekly focus, movement where kids learn a new set of fun yoga poses every week, group activities, and journal writing. Cost of tuition includes a yoga mat and journal.

Yoga is a great way for kids to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance, and flexibility.  Best of all, yoga is fun!
