Yoga Club is a fun, active, non-competitive environment where students will learn stress-reducing techniques, build strength and flexibility (physically and mentally), develop self-awareness, cultivate a calm mind, build self-confidence and character, and improve concentration and mood through yoga. This 12 week program offers busy bodies and minds the practice of yoga through mindful lesson plans with a different weekly focus, movement where kids learn a new set of fun yoga poses every week, group activities, and journal writing.
- Tuition: $45 (includes yoga mat and journal)
- Need based scholarships and sibling discounts available.
- Location: TdVA Movement Room
- Day/Time: Friday mornings from 7:30-8:20 AM
