Kids absolutely love doing partner yoga. You really see and experience the mindful practice of yoga manifest in the physical practice of yoga. Partner yoga requires mindfulness. Giving and receiving help tends to bring people closer together. No matter who your partner is, you will become closer with them after practicing partner poses together.
